LG closes mobile phone division
South Korea’s leading electronics maker LG has announced the closure of its mobile division due to a financial loss of billions of rupees.
A statement issued by the company said that the mobile division, which has been causing losses for the last six years, is being completely wiped out, while the mobile division has incurred a loss of about ً 4.5 billion.
LG had introduced other advanced technologies including ultra wide angle camera as compared to some other mobile manufacturers.
