Alec Perez, a Manila woman, ordered fried chicken from the city’s leading fast food chain. After delivery, the woman tried to cut a piece of chicken for her son but failed because it was too hard.
After the failure, Alec used his hands to break the fried chicken and when it broke, the woman was stunned because it contained a fried towel instead of meat.
Alec shared photos and videos of her on her Facebook account, which went viral around the world.
While the customers expressed surprise, they also criticized the hoteliers for their negligence. The woman described the incident in the caption of the post as extremely disturbing.
