The girl lodged a complaint against her friend at the police station, stating that “my friend demanded money and threatened me with dire consequences after hearing the refusal”.
The woman claimed in a petition filed at the police station that the boy demanded an iPhone 12 promix from her, which cost around Rs 1.5 lakh.
“When I refused to call, he started walking away, after which I borrowed Rs 200,000 and bought a new iPhone and gave it to him. A few days later, he demanded Rs 10,000.” ۔
“When I refused, he threatened to share my pictures and messages on the internet and throw acid in my face,” she said.
The woman said that she also promised marriage, which I persuaded my family, they also did not mind the relationship, but then suddenly his attitude began to change.
Police registered a case against the boy under the provisions of blackmail, harassment and intimidation on the complaint of the woman. The girl demanded that the police return Rs. 210,000 to her.
