The trial of millions of children on Tik Tak

Tuck Tuck faces a legal challenge from former Children’s Commissioner in England Anne Longfield over how she collects and uses children’s data.

The lawsuit was filed by millions of children in the United Kingdom and the European Union, and the app is popular.

This claim is being initiated by all the children who started using Tik Tak from May 25, 2018.

“This case is false and we will fight it in court,” Tuck said.

Petitioner’s lawyers allege that Tik Tak is collecting children’s personal information, including phone numbers, video, current location, and biometric data without warning and without the consent of the children and parents.

In response, the Video Sharing App states that privacy and information security are TuckTock’s top priorities and that we have strong policies and technologies to help protect our customers, especially adolescents.

TikTuk has more than 800 million users worldwide, and its parent firm, Bite Dance, made billions last year. Most of its revenue comes from advertising.
