Top security alert issued for iPhone and iPad users

Leading US technology company has issued a critical security alert for its iPhone and iPad users.

According to a Forbes report, the company has urged users to download iOS 14.4.2 as soon as possible to fix a vulnerability in Apple’s WebKit browser engine.

Apple says the glitch could allow dangerous websites to do cross-scripting on iPhones and iPads.

The company says the bug was present in users using older versions of all iPhone and iPad users, allowing the attacker to use those details to attack users’ Apple devices.
